Terms of Sale
These terms govern purchases of digital photography licenses offered under the VEDELORA name.
1. Digital products
VEDELORA offers licenses to original digital photographs. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases are digital and no physical product is shipped. The high-resolution file is supplied through the purchase and delivery process after successful payment.
2. License, not ownership
Your payment purchases usage rights under the selected license. Copyright and ownership of the photograph remain with VEDELORA. The applicable Licensing Terms form part of these Terms of Sale.
3. Prices and payment
Prices displayed at the time of checkout apply to the transaction. Checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes and transaction documentation may be handled by VEDELORA's authorized commerce provider acting as merchant of record. Any taxes or charges shown at checkout form part of the final amount payable.
4. Delivery
Digital delivery is intended to occur after payment is successfully completed. If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased file, contact VEDELORA with the order information so delivery can be restored or otherwise resolved.
5. Refunds and digital content
Because licensed digital files can be delivered immediately and cannot practically be returned, purchases are generally final once digital delivery or access has begun, except where a refund, cancellation or other remedy is required by applicable mandatory law or where the delivered product is materially defective or does not correspond to the purchase.
6. Availability and changes
VEDELORA may add, remove or change photographs, pricing and license options for future purchases. A later change does not retroactively alter the scope of a license already validly purchased, except where required by law or agreed with the licensee.
7. Intellectual property
The VEDELORA name, site design, written content and photographs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except those expressly included in the purchased photography license.
8. Warranties and liability
VEDELORA will use reasonable care in supplying the purchased digital product. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VEDELORA does not guarantee that a photograph is suitable for every particular purpose or that third-party permissions are unnecessary for every intended use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that apply to a customer under applicable law.
