Licensing Terms
These terms explain the rights granted when you purchase a VEDELORA photograph. Copyright and ownership of every photograph remain with VEDELORA.
1. License grant
A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the selected photograph according to the license purchased. You do not acquire copyright or ownership of the photograph.
2. Personal License · USD 15
For private, personal and non-commercial use. Examples include personal devices, private creative projects and personal social media where the use is not primarily promotional, advertising or revenue-generating.
3. Commercial License · USD 39
For commercial communications and client work, including websites, social media, digital advertising, presentations, editorial layouts, brochures and other marketing materials. The photograph must form part of a larger design or project and may not be offered as a standalone file or substantially unchanged product for resale.
4. Extended License · USD 89
Includes the Commercial License rights and additionally permits use on physical or digital end products intended for sale, provided the photograph is incorporated into a larger finished design and is not distributed in a form that allows extraction or reuse of the original image file.
5. Prohibited uses
Under every license you may not resell, redistribute, share or make the standalone image file available to others; sublicense the image; upload it to stock, template or asset libraries; use it to train, fine-tune, evaluate or otherwise develop artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models; falsely claim authorship; use it unlawfully or in a defamatory, deceptive or pornographic context; or remove rights information in a way intended to misrepresent ownership.
6. Editorial-only photographs
Some photographs may be designated “Editorial Use Only” because they contain recognizable people, brands, artworks, private property or other third-party rights for which releases have not been obtained. Such photographs may only be used in legitimate editorial, informational or documentary contexts and not to imply endorsement or for advertising, merchandising or promotional use unless you independently obtain all necessary permissions.
7. Releases and third-party rights
Unless a photograph is expressly described otherwise, VEDELORA does not represent that model, property, trademark, artwork or other third-party releases have been obtained. The licensee is responsible for determining whether additional permissions are required for the intended use.
8. Attribution
Attribution is appreciated but is not required for ordinary licensed use unless a specific photograph or purchase page expressly states otherwise. When used, credit may be given as “© VEDELORA”.
9. Termination
Your license ends automatically if you materially breach these terms. Upon termination you must stop new uses and remove the photograph from uses under your control where reasonably possible. Rights already granted to a client as part of a completed permitted project are not expanded by this clause.
